Stage 1 - Compliance Review

The first step in our relationship an “in-depth” compliance review, reviewing every word on every page with every form utilized in your office, inclusive of your intake forms, evaluations, and S.O.A.P. notes. This process also includes reviewing your staff office policy, and your curriculum vitae to ensure it is in the correct format. We assure your documentation is compliant, efficient and not hurting you before growing your practice. We will work to customize the documentation process for your office. Stage 2 - Quick Start​

2. Quick Start: Supporting immediate relationships and documentation needs​
Should you have an immediate meeting with a lawyer, or have an urgent request for documentation, this section will give you enough information to start the referral process (ion under 3 hours) while building your reputation. Short of that, this section will give you “just enough” to begin understanding how the program sets you up as a primary spine care provider. The Quick Start part of the program, like everything we do, is just a piece of the overall business strategy we have created for you.

3. Build Your Infrastructure​

This is the beginning of your step-by-step playbook that will last the rest of your career and is the foundation for your immediate & future success. Here we lay out our business strategy and customize it to your practice as needed.  Here you get the practice tools required, and how to use them inclusive of how to get paid.  This section also teaches you the future trends in practice. 

6. Narratives​, Initial Evaluations, and Re-Evaluation Made Easy
Although Colossus is taught in-depth, it is a very small piece of the puzzle as your narrative will define your relationships with lawyers. 4. Basics of Getting Referral Sources to Run After You

Credentials, business systems, reputation building, and creating the “easy button” for all referral sources. This is where you start to piece together what lawyers, MD PCP’s, MD Specialists, Emergency Rooms, and Urgent Care Centers need to consider you as the first referral source for spine; and it is all based on your clinical excellence. 

7. Meeting with Lawyers and MDs
How to set up meetings, what to say, what to bring, how to get the lawyers and medical providers to refer without ever asking for the referral. We introduce the “magic language” for both lawyers and medical providers to be perpetual referrers and how to begin the process without asking for the referral. Also, how to create a medical team that refers to you.
5. Office Systems & Get Paid​
We give you forms, SOAP notes, legal documents, written business systems and a proven program to get paid on every lien, every claim, and every case. You get in-office systems regarding staff, report of findings, liens, billing and collections, hospital privileges, records handling, and training on how to understand insurance laws to get paid.
8. Marketing​
